Dr. Naecker has worked for over ten years in school districts and community clinics providing psychological and psychoeducational assessments to children, adolescents, and young adults. She has extensive training in diagnosis and treatment of learning disabilities, ADHD, and social-emotional concerns across development. Her approach to assessment is both data-driven and deeply compassionate, striving to use clinical data to develop a rich, accurate picture of the whole child.

Dr. Naecker earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English at the University of California, Berkeley. She received a Masters of Education from Harvard University. She returned to the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned her doctorate in School Psychology. She is licensed with the California Board of psychology (PSY30367). Dr. Naecker has worked in school districts, university counseling centers, and outpatient clinics.
